Due to the nature of our business and the sourcing of our inventory, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

📬 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

We will review on a case-by-case basis (replacement only if approved — no refunds).
